We invoice through secure Paylink emails, allowing payment via credit/debit cards or ACH bank transfers. Payment must be received before fulfillment begins. 

Spectre Forensics LLC is based in Virginia, USA. We currently ship within the continental United States. For shipping outside the U.S. or to APO/FPO addresses, please contact us directly. 

We stand behind the quality of our work. All components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we offer support for any issues with assembly or functionality upon delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if anything arrives damaged or defective. 

 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. 

We currently do not offer training or setup documentation. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, ready-to-deploy forensic field kits designed for professionals already familiar with the tools and technologies included.
