4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom-built kits, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@spectreforensics.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition and in original packaging.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect orders.

All Sales Are Final

Because our kits are custom-assembled to meet specific professional standards, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

Email us at support@spectreforensics.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on the nature of the issue and your preference).
Provide return instructions, if applicable. All returns must be authorized in advance.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or kit configuration:

Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We will cover any shipping costs required to correct the error and ensure you receive the proper kit.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping instructions and labels will be provided when necessary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
